There is an interim need for a Compliance Analyst to join forces with the state and federal compliance teams to support all aspects of the compliance programs. You will accomplish tasks such as documenting procedures and processes, administering training, and monitoring compliance in its various forms. Major responsibilities

  • Maintain policy management in compliance tools
  • Cultivate processes and procedures to support compliance requirements
  • Manage appropriate controls associated with compliance requirements based on established criteria
  • Catalog and design a controls framework and implement in compliance tools
  • Maintain contact with key stakeholders to confirm ownership and track completion of tasks, filings, and other regulatory requirements
  • Have a sharp understanding of laws, federal orders, and state laws to assess compliance risks and to determine if applicable
  • Review compliance requirements and confirm associated tasks are assigned
  • Confirm the completion of tasks by the appropriate deadline
  • Construct and review compliance reports for monitoring and oversight
  • Capacity to team with legal, IT professionals, and business partners to reach mutually vested consensus
  • Minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in third party risk management
  • Verified verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and to take initiative on variety of tasks and projects
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of analysis and the ability to take data/information and make recommendations to the business to meet compliance program requirements
  • Previous experience with developing test scripts, user acceptance testing (UAT), or data validation
  • Proficient with diversified computer software and systems
  • Proved track-record in controls testing and associated monitoring
  • Demonstrate experience working with Governance, Risk, Compliance tools
  • Solid understanding of the identification, documentation and implementation of controls
  • Application controls experience preferred
  • Compliance Risk experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Deep understanding of Advanced process controls
  • Compliance experience
