We are looking for a dedicated Compliance Analyst to join our team in Torrance, CA. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring our digital services adhere to global regulatory standards, data privacy laws, and internal governance policies. This is a long-term contract position, offering the opportunity to contribute to ethical practices while supporting innovation in the automotive industry.

• Monitor and interpret regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with applicable laws and standards.
• Support internal audits and risk assessments to identify and address compliance gaps.
• Assist in developing and maintaining policies and procedures that align with regulatory guidelines.
• Track, analyze, and report compliance metrics to organizational leaders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business practices align with legal and ethical standards.
• Conduct privacy impact assessments and contribute to data mapping initiatives.
• Respond to data subject access requests and other privacy-related inquiries.
• Maintain comprehensive records of processing activities and data inventories.
• Participate in privacy training programs and awareness campaigns to promote compliance across the organization.
• Provide occasional support for travel-related tasks, including regulatory reviews during business trips.
• Proven experience in compliance, risk assessment, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, including data privacy laws and Sarbanes-Oxley standards.
• Familiarity with internal audit processes and governance practices.
• Ability to interpret legislation and implement relevant procedures effectively.
• Proficiency in managing data mapping, privacy inquiries, and compliance-related documentation.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate across departments and deliver training programs.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work onsite four days a week.
