Description

OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a professional to track performance indicators, analyze results, and recommend improvements that enhance processes and service quality within the Finance department. This role also ensures adherence to internal procedures and applicable regulations, while contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least three (3) years of exempt-level experience in finance, insurance, banking, or manufacturing.
  • Understanding of business processes and industry-related standards.
  • Familiarity with applicable local regulations relevant to the role.
  • Proficient in computer systems, databases, and reporting software.
  • Ability to produce statistical reports, interpret data, and communicate conclusions clearly.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of quality management or continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and assess key performance metrics to confirm compliance with established procedures and service standards.
  • Evaluate operational data and propose solutions to improve workflows and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present performance reports and insights to management to support decision-making.
  • Work closely with department leaders and staff to meet performance objectives.
  • Measure results before and after process improvement initiatives to evaluate their impact.
  • Assist in developing and tracking action plans to ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare reports highlighting trends, findings, and recommendations.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects and other assigned initiatives.
  • Coordinate with the Quality team to review and maintain updated procedures.
  • Provide support for additional assignments or special projects when required.
