POSITION SUMMARY:

The Compliance and Insurance Specialist plays a critical role in managing risk, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, and supporting the company’s contractor onboarding and vendor insurance processes. This position will lead day-to-day compliance activities, manage vendor COIs, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure that all operational practices align with legal standards and company policies. The Specialist will also assist in claims handling and incident investigations while helping mitigate overall organizational exposure.

SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Legal Studies, or a related field required. Relevant certifications (e.g., ARM, CPCU, or CRIS) preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance, insurance, or vendor risk management—preferably in the facilities management or service industry.
• Solid knowledge of regulatory and insurance compliance standards across multiple U.S. states.
• Experience with claims processes, vendor onboarding, and insurance certificate management.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and compliance tracking systems.
