Responsibilities
  • Coordinating and maintaining over 6000 PPM schedules across sites and ensuring all planned maintenance tasks are logged, tracked, access is arranged, and the tasks are completed on time.
  • Reviewing and cross-checking data across multiple spreadsheets and systems to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Supporting asset verification processes, ensuring all assets are accurately recorded and updated in the asset management system, reviewing and cross checking excel spreadsheets and audit reports.
  • Liaising with internal teams and external contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance and compliance actions.
  • Monitoring and following up on outstanding tasks related to PPM and compliance to ensure closure within required Service Level Agreements and KPI;s.
  • Identifying and escalating any discrepancies, risks, or breaches in compliance to the compliance manager.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of compliance processes and data reporting methods.
  • You will be the first point of contact for managing the PPM planner on our client’s system (Vantify – liaising with the client) and our internal system (Clik – diary management and communicating with operatives).
  • Ensuring that legislative documentation is recorded to meet client/ company recommendations.
  • Any ad hoc administration duties including minute taking, supporting compliance manager and acting as their buddy in any absences.
  • Scheduling and co-ordinating our team of inspectors and engineers effectively to achieve the desired outcome needed for our client’s contract.
