Description
Act as the main point of contact for compliance and privacy matters, including GDPR. Conduct risk assessments and manage mitigation strategies. Oversee internal investigations and regulatory reporting. Support business units in applying privacy-by-design and compliance-by-design principles. Deliver training and awareness initiatives across the organization. Manage data subject requests and privacy impact assessments (PIAs). Monitor regulatory developments and advise on business impact. Flexible working arrangements and a strong focus on work-life balance. 10+ years of experience in compliance, privacy, or legal roles, ideally within multinational and regulated environments. Deep understanding of GDPR and other relevant regulatory frameworks. Ability to work autonomously and influence cross-functional teams. Fluent English (spoken and written).
