Responsibilities

This role ensures that case management, reporting, and service delivery adhere to funder requirements and internal quality standards through conducting internal file audits and quality checks. Responsibilities also include identifying gaps, recommending process improvements, assisting with state and federal audits, documenting findings, and training staff on compliance protocols.
