alent is seeking for our leading Financial Services organisation for an experienced Compliance Assessment Lead.

In this role, you will play a key role in uplifting compliance obligations and associated risk and control data. Working across the business, you will interpret regulatory requirements, strengthen the quality and consistency of compliance information, and create clear traceability between obligations, policies, processes, risks and controls.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance compliance obligations and supporting data.
• Map regulatory obligations to policies, processes, risks and controls.
• Facilitate assessments and workshops with business and risk stakeholders.
• Review compliance content for accuracy, consistency and relevance.
• Coach Line 1 stakeholders and provide updates to senior leadership and governance committees.
