Our exceptional team collaborates with families to develop and implement individualized therapeutic plans that equip children with essential skills for engaging in everyday interactions.
We are currently seeking a Compliance Assistant who embody our core values of collaboration, integrity, and accountability. The Compliance Assistant will collaborate closely with both the Clinical and Administrative Teams.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Commitment to excellent client and staff service.
  • Quality assurance experience preferred.
  • ABA experience preferred.
  • Background in a healthcare office or medical practice preferred.
  • Knowledge of privacy laws and regulations.
  • Familiarity with modern office management principles.
  • Flexibility and openness to change.
  • Results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
Responsibilities
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries or requests and assist.
  • Effectively communicate with staff and client families through email, text, and phone calls.
  • Update and maintain company spreadsheets.
  • Track inaccuracies in company documents and report findings promptly to staff.
  • Assist in maintaining HIPAA compliance within the company.
  • Support the billing team with audits and provide faxing to insurance companies as requested.
  • Compile and submit client record records as required.
  • Support clinical and billing teams with credentialing new staff members.
  • Facilitate effective communication between administration and clinical staff regarding clinic needs.
  • Analyzing the current clinic needs to predict future demands.
  • Assist with clinic schedules and alert staff members of changes.
  • Collaborate with all Behavior Matters teams, including BCBAs and billing team, to effectively uphold communication.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to foster positivity and teamwork.
