Description About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Compliance Assistant to support our PCA/CFSS agency in maintaining compliance with Minnesota DHS requirements. This role is critical to ensuring our policies, client files, and supervisory processes remain accurate, timely, and audit ready. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a regulated healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Become familiar with and help maintain agency policies and procedures Track and ensure completion of required supervisory visits within DHS timelines Review and maintain client and staff files to ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date Assist with internal compliance monitoring and preparation for audits or reviews Communicate with supervisors and administrative staff regarding compliance-related deadlines and requirements Support ongoing quality assurance and process improvement efforts Assist supervising professionals with scheduling compliance visits Perform other compliance and administrative duties as assigned Qualifications Associate’s degree required (or higher) Experience in PCA, CFSS, home care, or a related healthcare field preferred but not required Knowledge of Minnesota DHS regulations is a strong plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage deadlines and handle confidential information appropriately Proficient with basic computer systems and electronic recordkeeping Reliable, professional, and able to work independently as well as part of a team Schedule & Work Environment Full-time, in-person position Monday–Friday schedule (standard business hours) Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly wage: $24–$28/hour 3 weeks of paid time off (PTO) 8 paid holidays 401(k) eligibility after one year of employment Why Join Us?
