Company Description We have a rare and exciting opportunity for a Compliance Assistant to join our in-house legal team who are involved in every significant transaction that happens across the business. Reporting to the Group Compliance Director you will assist in delivering excellent & pro-active support to our ACS brokers and offices worldwide! Job Description Day to day duties as a Compliance Assistant will include but are not limited to: Maintenance and update of the Compliance Database of Airlines and Aircraft Monitoring the compliance of charter bookings Screening of clients, operators & routing against potential risks Supporting the Head of Compliance in project work involving insurance and sanctions Supporting the Legal team more broadly in our day-to-day activities Other general office duties, as required Qualifications Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or similar tools Background or training in Legal, Insurance and / or Risk Management - desired Basic research and analytical skills Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially Solid organizational and time-management skills Ability to interpret and follow policies, procedures, and regulations Additional Information 22 days holiday per year which increases with length of service Free breakfast and Lunches to all employees in our onsite canteen "The Hangar" Free onsite gym Cycle to work scheme Continued professional development Private healthcare and pension
