About the Role
As our Compliance Team Leader, you’ll lead a small team dedicated to ensuring our elderly care services meet all regulatory and internal standards. From auditing care plans to supporting staff training, you’ll be at the heart of maintaining excellence across our home.

What You’ll Do

  • Monitor and improve compliance with CQC standards and safeguarding protocols
  • Lead audits on care documentation, medication, infection control, and more
  • Support and train staff on best practices in elderly care
  • Investigate incidents and implement preventative strategies
  • Liaise with families, professionals, and regulators to ensure transparency

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in elderly care (residential or nursing)
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding
  • Leadership skills and a proactive mindset
  • NVQ Level 3 or above in Health & Social Care (desirable)
