Job Title: Compliance Assistant Location: Makati City Job Type: Full-time Work Set-up: Hybrid Job Description Maintain and organize compliance documents and filing systems (both physical and digital). Track and archive regulatory submissions, policy updates, and employee attestations. Assist in preparing reports, filings, and compliance submissions to BSP, AMLC, and NPC. Schedule compliance trainings and committee meetings, and document attendance and minutes. Encode compliance data, training records, and submissions in centralized tracking tools. Support the team during audits and regulatory inspections through document preparation and coordination. Coordinate with departments for data collection and submission schedules. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Office Administration, Business Administration, Legal Management, or related field. 6 months to 1 year of experience in administrative, compliance, or secretarial work (fresh graduates are welcome to apply!). Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail. Discretion in handling confidential information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
