Maisha Meds is hiring!
We’re looking for a Compliance Associate to join our programs team in Nigeria with 1-3 years experience in a health/programs-related role to assist in ensuring program compliance guidelines are enforced in Nigeria and across all our program markets.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Academic qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, or health-related field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Experience in a customer-facing role will be an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of digital tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and CRM tools.
  • Experience: 1-3 years experience in a Program, or health-related role. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to speak Hausa will be an added advantage

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an enthusiastic and diligent team member who would join our Loyalty Program team with a key focus on supporting our Program Compliance function in Nigeria. The candidate should have experience in a program role or process audits. This candidate enjoys a fast-paced working environment, has an eye for details, and has strong analysis skills. This candidate is a customer-centric individual whose mission is to build strong relationships with our partner health facilities and internal teams. This candidate has strong communication skills and is driven to innovate new solutions on the go in response to customer and business needs.
This role is based in Lagos and may involve visits to other program locations in Kano and Kebbi states. You will report to the compliance manager and will have no supervisory responsibility. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until the position is filled.
The start date is 6th January 2025, and compensation is commensurate with experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conducting daily audits/transaction compliance reviews for all claims received from our partner facilities. They will also be sharing compliance reports with relevant teams
  • Undertaking investigations covering transactions fraud and submitting findings within hours of completion of the same.
  • Support in the development, refining, and implementation of systems used in fraud detection and analysis.
  • Perform patient review calls to help verify the validity of the transactions recorded from partner facilities
  • Prompt reporting of any compliance gaps witnessed during the compliance reviews
