Job Description Compliance Associate (Maternity Leave Cover) Syngenta Biologicals is seeking a Compliance Associate to join our team on a maternity leave contract. If you have a background in economics, chemical engineering, or business management, combined with proven experience in compliance or quality assurance, we want to hear from you! What We're Looking For Essential Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in economics, Chemical Engineering, or Business Management Minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance-related or quality assurance roles Fluent English (written and spoken) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Availability for on-site presence at our headquarters in Atessa, Italy Your Responsibilities Support the achievement and maintenance of certifications such as ISO 9001 and 22005 Maintain quality system standards, including product traceability protocols Review and update quality and traceability procedures Evaluate company processes and procedures from a quality perspective Apply ISO9001 and 22005 compliance requirements across various departments Conduct periodic audits on company procedures and processes Coordinate the customer complaints process Support investigation and root cause analysis for major non-conformities Ensure comprehensive, accurate filing and timely reporting on quality and traceability matters Manage the Quality Management System on a daily basis Organize and deliver employee training sessions on compliance topics Provide ongoing training on quality and traceability matters Why Join Syngenta Biologicals?
