Location: Cirencester Office - Usay House, South Cerney, Cirencester GL7 5XZ
Salary: £25,500 per annum
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (Monday to Friday 9am – 5:30pm)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Associate to support our commitment to regulatory excellence and customer protection. This role is vital in ensuring our business adheres to the principles and rules set by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), while also mentoring and guiding our QA team to maintain high standards across the department.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Interpret and implement FCA regulatory expectations across the business.
• Provide training and support to QA team members to ensure consistent quality checks.
• Mentor QA staff to ensure sales processes are compliant and customer-focused.
• Review and enhance internal policies and procedures for regulatory alignment.
• Collaborate closely with the QA Team Leader and Compliance Officer.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant products and regulatory standards.
• Respond to sales queries and ensure accurate communication records.
• Assist in monitoring adviser conduct and reviewing lead performance.
• Support the identification and management of financial crime risks.
• Contribute to the Compliance Monitoring Report and other key reports (e.g., conflicts of interest, gifts, TCF).
• Deliver timely and accurate reports to senior management.
