MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in compliance, risk management, investigation, auditing, legal, or consulting.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in navigating the regulatory landscape across risk domains, and implementing and managing multi-jurisdictional controls within a technology or global enterprise environment.
  • Experience in audit functions.
  • Experience in compliance, risk management, and assurance frameworks and practices.
  • Excellent collaboration skills across cross-functional partner teams.
  • Excellent investigative skills to arrange information, extract insights, and formulate recommendations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute assurance programs for domains, encompassing planning, execution, reporting, and the optimization of program processes and practices.
  • Oversee and support controls testing and monitoring to assess compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify, evaluate, and report potential risks.
  • Identify, document, and manage the remediation of control deficiencies, issues, and risk exposures.
  • Partner with teams across Global Affairs, Product Areas (PAs), and other functions to ensure a structured approach to compliance.
