2Excel Aviation Ltd is an industry leader in specialised and innovative solutions for aviation’s most complex challenges and our success is based on the talented and experienced people that make up our workforce. We’re now looking to appoint a Compliance Auditor to join our friendly team.

ABOUT YOU:

You’re probably already working within an aviation environment or have done in the past. You will also have experience of auditing, ideally within an aviation environment. As a minimum, you will have a sound knowledge of compliance and auditing in the Civil Aviation Industry, with a strong desire to develop your career. You will also have the ability and confidence to communicate at all levels and work effectively with all stakeholders. You will be an excellent organiser, with the ability to work on your own initiative and plan your diary effectively. Relevant qualifications are desirable, but not essential.

We are particularly looking for candidates who can demonstrate experience in at least one of the following:

  • Continuing Airworthiness Management (PartM/CAMO)
  • Flight/Ground Operations & Crew Training
  • Aircraft Maintenance (Part145)

Due to many audits being conducted in person at various 2Excel sites and external supplier sites, you must be willing to travel, which may occasionally include international travel. A driving licence is essential.
You must also be able to successfully obtain and pass a company sponsored Counter Terrorism Check (CTC) and/or Security Check (SC) Clearance and have the right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

Based at Doncaster and reporting directly to the Compliance Monitoring Manager (CMM), the Compliance Auditor will be responsible for continuously reviewing and ensuring compliance in line with regulatory requirements and procedures across all company approvals and approved/new provider locations. Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Supporting the CMM in the development of the Compliance Monitoring Programme and system, including its implementation.
  • Scoping, preparing, conducting and completing audits or inspections to ensure regulatory compliance, both internally and externally.
  • Assisting with the hosting of Authority and Customer audits.
  • Maintaining competence and knowledge in relation to the applicable regulatory requirements.
