Ideal Candidate Essential: Knowledge and understanding of current legislation and specific regulation for Health & Social Care Previous experience of working to quality standards within a care setting Ability to provide detailed quality reviews of performance against and external quality standards and providing constructive feedback for improvement Passion for delivering the highest quality care to our clients Excellent communication skills and the ability to build a rapport quickly Confidence to escalate non-compliance issues Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure Experience of IT systems, Microsoft Office and ability to learn and adapt to new technologies where appropriate Organise and flexible to be meet the needs of the business Desirable: Experience of Franchise standards and legislation Support and guidance on regulatory framework, policies & procedures Experience of internal audits Trend analysis and relevant action plans including compliance risk assessment GDPR Champion and compliance with Equality, Diversity & Equal Opportunities Policy Keep up to date on changes in regulatory, legislative and market practices that impact the business Additional Information What happens next?
