Compliance Co-ordinator is responsible for ensuring that an practice follows the processes, regulations, standards, and internal policies related to workplace safety, health, and legal compliance. Their role often bridges regulatory compliance and occupational health and safety (OHS), helping the practice reduce risk, protect employees and patients. The post holder will be expected to take an active role in other related practice work, the role is very hands on and the post holder will need to be hand out to be successful. Here’s a breakdown of the role:

• Good understanding of why health and safety is important, why things need to be monitored and checked
• Understanding of risk assessment and incident investigation skills.
• Attention to detail and organised
• Communication sills are essential
• Problem-solving and helpful and willing nature .
  This is a varied and interesting role, which requires an organised person to take on the challenge. This role is part time approx 20 hours per week and there is potential to combine this with the other part time role we currently have advertised.
