Job Description
The Compliance Consultant Principal role serves as a strategic advisor to the AVP of Compliance Regulatory Intelligence and Compliance Oversight, driving strategic initiatives that align regulatory responsibilities with enterprise goals. This role leads special projects, fosters cross-functional collaboration, and ensures seamless execution of compliance strategies across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate special projects related to enterprise regulatory changes, audits, and enterprise compliance priorities.
  • Act as a central point of coordination between compliance leadership and business units, ensuring alignment and timely execution of activities.
  • Facilitate collaboration across legal, operations, and business teams to drive shared accountability and progress.
  • Prepare executive-level updates, briefings, and recommendations to support informed decision-making.
  • Promote a culture of transparency, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the compliance function.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in legal studies, business management, information management or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience
  • 8 years of work experience in business/process analysis, project/program management and/or at a pharmacy benefit management organization
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship

  • Ability to interface with executive level leadership
  • Ability to actively identify and implement opportunities for improvement
  • Ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously without compromising quality under pressure and strict timeframes
  • Demonstrated change management leader and track record for effective collaboration and achieving results through others

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA), Juris Doctorate (JD) or other comparable advanced degree
  • Six Sigma Yellow Belt or higher
  • Experience working at a Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), healthcare, or other complex organization in a highly regulated industry
  • Experience working as a practitioner in project management, program management, release management, business analysis, business architecture, agile, or SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)

Physical Demands

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Ability to work in a flexible schedule which may include weekends, holidays, or shifts outside of Prime’s core business hours of 9:00am-3:00pm
  • Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear
  • Frequently required to reach with hands and arms
  • Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouch
  • Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus

Potential pay for this position ranges from $94,000.00 - $160,000.00 based on experience and skills.
