Job Description The Compliance Consulting Analyst will support members of the consulting team in delivering market leading support for clients with work of both an ongoing and project-based nature. Clients will be varied across investment management, wealth management, corporate finance, broking and fintechs. Client work will include effectively delivering compliance monitoring programmes healthchecks and thematic reviews, AML reviews, regulatory change projects, and answering ad hoc client queries. Assisting in the delivery of consulting engagements on a variety of topics including AML, healthchecks, FCA applications, ESG, prudential just to name a few Drafting of compliance manuals as well as other compliance infrastructure documentation for clients Working with clients on their compliance monitoring programmes or thematic reviews including monitoring reviews onsite (or online) with clients, and subsequently writing up the associated reports and papers Drafting regulatory reports together with clients Involvement in regulatory research for both client queries and upcoming regulatory requirements, including the drafting of thought leadership publications Qualifications Strong and clear communication – verbal and written Relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders Attention to detail Organisational skills Additional Information Sustainability is integral to our strategy and operations.
