Job Description Team presentation and main goal: The Compliance Data Controller function lies within the Natixis in Portugal’s Secretariat General area. As such, the function reports directly to the SG PT Controls Natixis Team Leader under the Manager of SG PT Controls who, consequently, reports to the local Secretary General PT and functionally to Secretariat General Head Office (Paris). In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing our compliance framework and driving a data-driven culture across our global teams. As a Compliance Control Data Analyst, you will work alongside our Compliance Control teams, from the specification to the implementation phase of control workflow in Dataiku to improve our control framework on several thematic, in addition to promote the “Data mindset”. Main tasks and goals: The Compliance Control Data Analyst’s key missions are to: Collaborate with our Compliance Control teams located in Porto. Working together with Paris, New York, and Hong Kong to implement innovative control practices that make a real impact. Embrace an entrepreneurial mindset, demonstrating agility, accountability, and resilience in your work. Foster a culture of collective intelligence by sharing knowledge and best practices with your colleagues to continuously improve our processes and frameworks. Lead exciting initiatives and projects from assessment to implementation, contributing to data preparation and industrialization efforts. Promote data awareness through engaging training sessions and workshops. Qualifications BS/MS Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar area. 1-3 years experience in Data analysis and/or compliance control. Understanding of user requirements and translating them into effective data workflows and visualizations using tools like Dataiku & Power BI. Cleaning, preparation, and validation of data from diverse sources while ensuring accuracy and completeness. Creation of impactful reports and visualizations that facilitate informed decision-making for stakeholders. Knowledge of Financial and compliance sectors. English fluency (mandatory). Advanced knowledge of creation of data workflows and reconciliation processes, particularly using Dataiku or similar tools like Alteryx. Advanced knowledge of Business Intelligence tools, especially Power BI, and a solid understanding of SQL and Python. Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
