THE TEAM

Join ASIC’s Registry & Intelligence group and play a key role in our intelligence-led regulatory approach. The Information and Knowledge Resource Centre (IKRC) provides teams with access to authoritative information, records, and intelligence services. Intelligence Support delivers operational support for investigations and regulatory activities by sourcing intelligence from authorised external data systems, helping teams meet legislative requirements and reduce compliance risks.

Drive operational excellence and lead the charge in compliance! We’re looking for a proactive Compliance Coordinator to oversee intelligence activities, guide a high-performing support team, and manage analysts delivering critical operational insights.

  • Salary starting from $94,198 (depending on experience) plus 15.4% superannuation

THE ROLE

As a Compliance Coordinator, you will:

  • Oversee team activities to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Support internal and external audits and analyse data for quality checks and improvements.
  • Advise on compliance requirements and solutions for Intelligence Support and stakeholders.
  • Assist with developing and reviewing policies and Access Agreements.
  • Contribute to IKRC and business plan reporting.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and administer access to intelligence sources.
  • Lead and manage staff, including recruitment, performance, and development.
  • Collaborate with leadership to deliver core services and maintain staff engagement.
