ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Coordinator to join our Compliance function in a permanent role, as part of the General Secretary team (comprising Legal, Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Corporate Affairs and Communications). You will provide administrative and executional support to the Senior Legal Counsel who is responsible for delivering the corporate compliance program and company secretarial work, contributing to the smooth operation of compliance and governance activities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys working cross-functionally, and is passionate about upholding integrity and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities
  • Healthcare Systems Administration: Ensure all Healthcare Systems Directive requests and engagements are compliant, documented, traceable, and supported by valid contracts, evidence, and approvals in line with policy and regulatory requirements
  • Integrity Policy and Code of Conduct: Maintain the gifts and hospitality register and ensure the alignment with granted approvals
  • Third Party Vetting: Ensure timely vetting of third parties and assist with related queries
  • Purchase Order Management: Raise purchase orders, ensure timely goods receipt, and maintain a PO spreadsheet.
  • Ad hoc responsibilities: Support additional tasks and projects as required to meet evolving business or compliance needs
    About you
    You are a highly organised and dependable administrator with a keen eye for detail and a strong interest in compliance. You’re comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and collaborating with stakeholders across the business.
