Job Description Compliance Coordinator - Fixed Term will manage the on-boarding process and obtain pre-employment checks such as references, ID documentation, application forms, right to work forms etc. Management of ID tracker/ overseeing process/targets/withdrawals Understand and meet agreed KPIs and targets General house-keeping duties of the candidate database Ad-hoc support with reports and other administrative support Ensuring candidates selected for airport roles are vetted in line with CAA regulations prior to starting Obtaining a full 5-year reference/employment history for all applicants to comply with CAA standards (full training will be given) Applying for criminal record checks both UK and overseas when applicable Preparing 5-year references for candidate screening packs ready for submission to the Airport ID Centre Calling candidates to keep them updated on the progress of their application Coordinating and arranging training for candidates with outside suppliers Qualifications Previous experience in a similar role is essential Background experience within the aviation / airport industry and/or food industry is preferred The ability to clearly engage and communicate with a good understanding of the English language, written and verbal The ability to adapt to change as you will be required to work in various departments in the Unit Flexibility in the way you think and reacting quickly and efficiently to changing circumstances Have a great understanding and working knowledge of referencing process Attention to details and good numeracy skills Well presented, professional individual with a can-do, positive attitude that indulges in team success Ability to remain calm under pressure – It’s a busy department!
