ABOUT THE ROLE

Join our dynamic team as a Compliance Coordinator and lead the way in implementing world-class safety standards (WCS) based on the ISO standards. We are looking for a dedicated professional to ensure the highest levels of safety and compliance on our construction sites, working closely with a supportive and experienced HSE team that values collaboration and continuous improvement. As a team, we are working on improving the health and safety environments at our site and eliminate all unsafe work.
Your role will be key in being responsible for updating standards, process and deployment of WCS to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes governing environmental, health and safety as well as industry standards. As such, you’ll be responsible for addressing issues whenever onsite work is scheduled.

In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:

• You hold a relevant degree within Construction/Safety/Quality Management, Quality Assurance or the like.
• Internal- & external stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant site HSE & Compliance experience as e.g. HSE in construction.
• IT software relevant user experience (e.g. Dalux, Microsoft, SharePoint, Permit Vision).
• Mandatory “Danish Arbejdsmiljø uddannelse” / AMK-P/B 5days course is appreciated.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 standards appreciated.
• You speak and write English. Danish speaking and writing are considered an advantage
