Ground Control is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to join our compliance team on a 12-month fixed term contract with the opportunity to go permanent. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring our teams remain compliant with industry standards, client requirements, and regulatory frameworks.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you’ll work across multiple business units, manage compliance processes, and support key projects.

Responsibilities

As a Compliance Coordinator, you will be at the centre of our compliance operations, with key responsibilities including:

  • Onboarding new Field Teams, guiding them through compliance requirements and ensuring smooth integration.
  • Creating, updating, and maintaining compliance matrices to reflect evolving business and regulatory requirements.
  • Managing and resolving queries via the JIRA ticketing platform, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Coordinating compliance across a supply chain of 900+ Field Teams and 130+ operational Sponsors.
  • Validating and maintaining compliance documentation (including Right to Work checks and certificates).
  • Supporting client security vetting processes (DBS, Police Vetting).
  • Conducting data analysis and producing accurate reports to support compliance and business decisions.
  • Supporting internal and external audits, ensuring data and documentation are audit-ready.
  • Acting as a system super user (Skillko), reviewing and updating compliance platforms.
  • Driving continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process changes.
