As a member of the Compliance and Credit Reporting team you will receive, investigate, and respond to compliance-related consumer communications; review and test business processes for adequate controls and adherence to company policy and applicable regulations; report on compliance-related errors and exceptions; support and assist in maintaining the company’s Compliance Management System (CMS) and assist with credit reporting disputes. Responsibilities Track and respond to correspondence Assist with credit reporting disputes Maintain records of compliance activities Prepare and file compliance reports Intake and process compliance-related correspondence, including disputes, agency complaints, and attorney communications. Research, and draft responses to Agency complaints (BBB, CFPB, etc.) within the required deadlines Report complaints, disputes, exceptions, or other compliance defects to clients as contractually required, through the approved channels Experience with Hubspot, Slack, and TrueBI are preferred but not required Ability to communicate professionally and collaborate successfully across multiple departments and locations, including with management and clients as required Fluent English - C1 Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, etc.), and able to learn a variety of software products and tools as needed to perform the day-to-day tasks Ability to meet deadlines, goals, and objectives Good judgment, ability to make independent decisions, and protect confidential information Ability to recognize and recommend improvements or corrections to processes Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Monthly Salary 30,000 MX Grocery tickets 2,000 MX Internet Bonus 1,000 MX Life Insurance Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Law Benefits
