A fulfilling and exciting opportunity available for a Compliance & Customer Service Assistant Manager to join our Association.

Responsibilities
  • To assist in the management, monitoring and delivery of all aspects of property and regulatory compliance and its delivery, in accordance with Adullam Homes Housing Association Limited policies and procedures.
  • The post will also provide direct support to the Asset Manager and will ensure all cyclical works are administered correctly and reported accordingly.
  • The post will continually liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a common group approach in the delivery of these activities.
  • As a manager, you will be expected to contribute to the maintenance and development of the Association’s values, culture and ethos.
  • The post will provide a monitoring system to enable Adullam to achieve its environmental objectives with regard to energy performance.
