QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or related field (JD or advanced degree preferred).
• 8+ years of compliance or legal experience, preferably in a regulated industry.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

• Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies and procedures.
• Stay up to date on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Lead internal audits and investigations related to compliance issues.
• Serve as the main point of contact for regulatory bodies.
• Provide compliance training and guidance to staff and leadership.
• Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk, and develop corrective action plans.
