ROLE OVERVIEW

As Compliance Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of compliance across the business, ensuring adherence to legal, regulatory, and professional standards. You will lead a small but dynamic compliance team, manage risk, audits, and policies, and promote a culture of compliance and innovation throughout the organisation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and professional standards, including managing risk, audits, and internal policies.
• Promote and embed a strong compliance culture through training, guidance, and support for accreditations such as Lexcel and AML.
• Embrace technology and innovation, identifying opportunities to leverage new tools and systems to enhance compliance processes.
• Provide tolerance and forward-thinking approaches to risk management and innovation within the business.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a compliance team to ensure they are prepared for business expansion.
