Position Objective To ensure that all business activities, policies, systems, and procedures of the Company are conducted in compliance with the prevailing laws and regulations in the field of Futures Trading and other relevant regulations, and to foster a strong culture of compliance across all levels of the organization. What you’ll do 1. Compliance Strategy & Policy Formulate strategies to promote a culture of compliance throughout the organization Propose compliance policies, principles, and guidelines to be approved by the Board of Directors. Establish compliance systems and procedures as the basis for internal rules and guidelines. 2. Compliance Oversight Ensure that all Company policies, rules, systems, procedures, and business activities comply with Bappebti regulations, Exchange rules, Clearing House requirements, and other applicable laws and regulations (OJK & Central Bank of Indonesia). Take preventive actions to ensure that Board of Directors’ decisions do not deviate from applicable regulations. 3. Reporting & Communication Prepare and submit monthly Compliance Director reports to Bappebti in accordance with Form III.DK.1. Report the list of officers and staff assigned to the Compliance Division to Bappebti (Form III.DK.4). Communicate any regulatory updates or changes to relevant units within the Company. 4. Customer Complaint Handling Receive, record, and handle customer complaints in accordance with Bappebti-approved SOPs. Provide facilities for complaint resolution and report complaint outcomes to Bappebti. 5. AML/CFT (APU-PPT) Program Develop and implement AML/CFT (Anti-Money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism) policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with applicable guidelines. Monitor, evaluate, and periodically update customer risk profiles and analyze suspicious transactions. 6. Training & Development Participate in the mandatory Compliance Director Evaluation Program organized by Bappebti and ensure proper documentation of participation and outcomes. 7. Other Duties Safeguard the independence of the Compliance Division and prevent conflicts of interest. Perform other compliance-related duties as required by Bappebti regulations or as assigned by the Board of Directors. Qualifications Holder of a valid Compliance Director Professional Certificate (TLUP) issued by Bappebti. Passing Fit & Proper Test in Exchanges & Bappebti Possess a competency certificate issued by the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP). Through multilateral trading training provided by the Exchange. Holding a Bappebti decree on the appointment as Compliance Director. Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance or risk management (preferably in Futures Trading or financial industry).
