We have a permanent, full time opportunity for a Compliance Maintenance Engineer to work at our site at Orwell Logistics Park.
This role would be suitable for someone wishing to develop their skills and take a step into a Commercial Maintenance Engineer career along with knowledge within a facilities maintenance environment.
Hours: 40 hours pw Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm

EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE

• Basic knowledge of buildings maintenance.
• Knowledge of construction sites would also be an advantage. Essential competency training will be given for all work streams.

ROLE OVERVIEW

You’ll be completing all aspects of the Pre Planned Maintenance (PPM) Statutory compliance tasks assigned by the contract support team aligned with the client agreed PPM Planner.
You’ll work closely with the Contract Supervisor for the Contract to ensure Statutory Compliance is delivered in line with site Health and Safety, contractual, client and business criteria including adherence to relevant policy and procedures and achievement of operational objectives (including KPIs).
You’ll drive compliance performance as well as ensuring safety is of a very high standard and risks are minimised. Communication with the Contract Support team, electronic notes and description of any follow up works will be of high priority.
