This job is based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

- Supervise and collaborate on, facilitates and lands key monitoring processes; engages and leads training efforts across geographies.
Responsibilities:
IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
- Support the Vice President of Compliance and Ethics and the Director, Regulatory Compliance in their efforts to develop and implement an Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption, Supply Chain and Ethics Compliance Program, as well as help efficiently craft, stabilize and coordinate program governance and controls.
- Serve as the Administrator of the 3rd Party Due Diligence Solution, which is the compliance screening tool for Anti-bribery and Anti-corruption due diligence and monitoring, for third-party intermediaries of Copeland.
- Coordinate related Compliance and Ethics projects and critical initiatives’ implementation.
- Help to drive ongoing auditing and monitoring activities as the need arises to ensure interpersonal compliance.
- Update SharePoint repository, where all policies and procedures will be housed for Copeland.
FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/ Legal/ Business Administration or related field AND Project Management experience.
- Minimum 3 years professional experience in risk management, compliance, regulatory or other governance and control related roles.
- Proficiency in English.
- Cross functional collaboration: work closely and build a positive relationship with multiple internal collaborators across the organization.
