Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and execute internal and external ISO 9001 audits, meticulously assessing the effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Develop and implement robust audit plans, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all QMS processes and compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
• Investigate non-conformities, root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain and update QMS documentation, including policies, procedures, and work instructions, ensuring alignment with ISO 9001 requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration).
• Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor (e.g., Exemplar Global, IRCA) is essential for this role.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of progressive experience in QMS implementation and auditing, preferably within a regulated industry.
• Proven track record in conducting successful internal and external ISO 9001 audits.
