Key Responsibilities Compliance Support in projects to assess and onboard new legal entities to the Allianz governance framework including implementation support for the in scope Compliance programs as well as general governance requirements Support with the implementation of new Compliance IT solutions (as required) Preparation of compliance reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders Increase compliance awareness through training and communication. Support team projects aimed at enhancing internal controls, workflows, and compliance processes Risk/Compliance Ongoing execution of Compliance controls as per the defined Group Minimum Standards (e.g. KYC) Support Risk projects and perform Key control testing e.g. documentation of testing results, control updates in Group Risk IT solution for Compliance and other risk vectors Regulatory Compliance Coordinate Legal Change Management processes by analyzing upcoming legislation and its impact on AZX GmbH as well as implementation as required jointly with the Legal team (including documentation in the Group IT tool) Governance/Privacy (cross functional) Support the Governance Caretaker in preparing Corporate Inventory updates and Committees as well as internal Audits, and 2nd line reviews Support the Data Privacy Officer in Privacy Impact Assessments and other Privacy related tasks Key Requirements/Skills/Experience Qualification University degree in business (MBA) and/or law 3+ years of experience in Compliance/Legal fields Experience in Asset Management is a plus Very good knowledge of the requirements across various regulatory regimes Experience in testing of controls is a plus Strong communication skills to liaise independently with colleagues and stakeholders Proven team player across different cultures Written and oral fluency in English, German language skills useful Good knowledge of MS Office
