As America’s Crop Insurance Company™, we are headquartered in the U.S. and have been owned by the farmers we insure for over 125 years.   As a Compliance Field Specialist at FMH, you will assist with the execution of FMH’s quality control (QC) processes as they relate to the Multi-Peril Crop Insurance (MPCI) division.  This includes working with the Internal Compliance Department in the implementation and execution of all quality control reviews and evaluations necessary to comply with Risk Management Agency (RMA) guidelines as established by the Standard Reinsurance Agreement (SRA). Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts interest, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.  * Additional Requirements: Must be available to attend all Company-mandated training events and conferences and be able to travel for work-related reasons for periods of time exceeding twenty-four (24) hours. Must be able to physically climb heights in excess or ten (10) feet, walk distances over ¼ mile over uneven terrain, and stand without rest for periods of time greater than one hour. Must maintain a valid driver’s license and clean MVR.    RESPONSIBILITIES:  * Assists with QC tracking requirements, including oversight of completed reviews in accordance with FMH requirements as required and directed by the company. * Provides training and completes evaluation of work performance on quality control reviews performed by the regional adjusting staff as assigned.  * Effectively and clearly communicates regulations and interpretations to producers, agents, and FMH staff regarding claim adjustment and review processes. * Maintains all required certifications, including but not limited to the CAPP certification and State Adjuster License as needed.   Does this sound like a good fit for you?
