Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

Working as part of the Fiance department, the Compliance Finance Manager will be responsible for the management of a busy finance function (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Payroll), cashflow management and forecasting, and ensuring all statutory compliance (PAYE, VAT, Corporation Tax, R&D Tax, Customs, Plastic Packaging Tax etc).

The position will have a number of key responsibilities including (but not limited to):

  • Financial Planning and Analysis - Developing budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business objectives
  • Financial Reporting - Preparing accurate and timely financial statements
  • Business Partnering - Collaborating with department heads, to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes that drive business performance.
  • Compliance and Governance - Ensuring adherence to financial regulations and standards, including tax compliance and internal controls
