We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Compliance / Finance Officer (Semi-Qualified CA) to join our growing team .In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounting operations, preparing financial reports, and supporting compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.

Responsibilities

· Experience in handling Corporate Tax related matters for Free Zone companies

· Understanding of Transfer Pricing, benchmarking and applicable methods

· Experience in VAT documentation, ensuring UAE VAT compliance and timely filings.

· Other Compliances

o ISO 9001:2015 documentation, including audit preparation and compliance tracking

o Renewal of D&B rating

o Board & General Meeting records/minutes

· Understanding of financial instruments including bonds, structured products and able to share analytical/opinion reports with management.

· Good knowledge of IFRS and preparation of financial statements in accordance with UAE laws

· Internal financial audits to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

· Knowledge of Trade Finance for Export/imports like Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantee

· Knowledge of Forex Hedging is desirable.

Requirements

A degree in Finance, Accounting.

Semi Qualified CA mandatory.

Proficient in using Tally Prime accounting software and bookkeeping.

Strong diligence and excellent organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.

Pay: AED 4,500.00 - AED 6,000.00 per month

Education: Bachelor's (Mandatory)

License/Certification: Tally Certification (Mandatory)

Experience: Minimum 2 -3 years

Tools: Tally, Microsoft Office
