Job Details Job Location: Doral, FL 33122 Position Type: Full Time Job Shift: Day Job Category: Non DOT - Safety Sensitive Position SUMMARY: The Compliance Information Coordinator will support the Trade Compliance team by entering and maintaining product compliance data within the ERP system. This role is essential for ensuring timely and accurate export documentation, minimizing delays, and improving operational efficiency across global distribution activities. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Enter ECCNs, Schedule B codes, HTS codes, and Country of Origin data from supplier documentation into Quantum. Review commercial invoices and extract relevant compliance data for system entry. Identify and reconcile missing compliance data for existing part numbers. Proactively update obsolete Schedule B and HTS codes in collaboration with compliance personnel. Assist with transportation expense tracking by researching missing shipments, filing claims, and maintaining tariff-related spreadsheets. Support responses to vendor and customer inquiries related to REACH, PFAS, CBAM, and other environmental regulations. Assist with the renewal process of Annual EUC certificates. Maintain organized records and ensure documentation is complete and accessible for audits and reporting. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or equivalent (GED). 1-2 years of relevant/technical work experience. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Familiarity with ERP systems (Quantum experience a plus). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: Basic understanding of international trade documentation and regulatory terminology is a plus. OTHER: The selected applicant will be subject to a background check and drug testing.
