Job Description JOB SUMMARY Goodwin & Company is looking for a highly motivated, detail-orientated Compliance Inspector for a fast-growing company. Your mission would be to drive through assigned communities and notate certain violations. This job requires you to have a reliable vehicle and to have and maintain adequate and current automobile insurance, as you will be driving your own vehicle through various communities. This position reimburses you for mileage and toll fees. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Duties include but are not limited to: Visually inspect properties within Association for Deed Restriction Violations Process and mail notices pertaining to Deed Restriction Violations Answer customer phone calls and emails Miscellaneous administrative job responsibilities Attendance of monthly meetings Requirements EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: Reliable vehicle with adequate and current automobile insurance Must have a clean driving record and meet criminal background requirements 18+ years old Have a high school diploma or GED Legally eligible to work in the United States Can navigate through different application systems Competency in Microsoft Office Applications Have a naturally positive attitude and be a team player Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing Pleasant, friendly attitude, with an ability to adapt to change Strong listening skills, ability to multi-task, attention to detail, time management, problem resolution, and decision-making skills BONUS: Bilingual Property Management /Homeowners Association knowledge WORKING CONDITIONS Majority of time spent driving Typical office environment Overtime may be required We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
