About the Role The Engineering Intern will play a crucial role in assisting our Engineering team in the development and execution of projects. We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Engineering Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work on exciting projects in the fields of mechanical engineering, aerospace, and mechatronics, with a strong focus on drone technology and additive manufacturing. Key Responsibilities Process Documentation & ERP Implementation Support: Involve in process mapping, documentation, and enhancement activities related to ERP system implementation. Assist in developing system guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user manuals to support smooth system adoption and operational efficiency. Training Support: Assist the team in organizing and delivering training sessions focused on quality assurance, safety, and health practices. Help ensure all employees are properly educated on relevant standards. Certification & Permit Management: Support the team in maintaining product certifications and related permits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Kaizen Project Participation: Actively participate in Kaizen projects aimed at continuous improvement in quality control processes. Offer insights, contribute ideas, and help implement improvements. About You Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, Quality or any related field. Passionate about drone-related projects and additive manufacturing technologies. Strong interest in exploring the application of engineering principles in practical projects. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Detail-oriented, willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of engineering software and tools is a plus.
Responsibilities
The Compliance Intern will assist in process documentation and ERP implementation support, as well as participate in training sessions and certification management. Additionally, the intern will engage in Kaizen projects aimed at continuous improvement in quality control processes.
