Your Role with Us As Compliance Lead, you will strengthen the Group’s integrity by aligning business functions, including Finance and People & Culture, with Australian and international obligations. You will lead the Vendor Due Diligence (VDD) and third-party risk functions, ensuring rigorous governance across our global operations. What you will do: Manage compliance programs across all global entities and jurisdictions. Act as primary advisor for People & Culture, Finance and corporate functions. Ensure alignment with Australian and international regulatory requirements. Design and maintain compliance frameworks, policies and reporting structures. Execute end-to-end Vendor Due Diligence (VDD) and operational handbooks. Collaborate internally to mitigate risks in operations and supply chains. Report compliance performance and risk insights to senior leadership. Deliver training to drive organisation-wide compliance awareness. Lead audit readiness and manage all compliance reviews. What you will bring: 3-5 years in compliance or risk, preferably with international companies. Knowledge of Australian and international corporate, privacy and financial regulations. Experience building and managing compliance and governance systems. Proven background in vendor due diligence or third-party risk.
