Zur Verstärkung unseres Qualitätssicherungs-Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Eintritt eine*n Compliance Leader (m/f/d).

Was Sie tun

• Direktive von kontinuierlichen Verbesserung des QMS basierend auf den aktuellen Kennzahlen sowie den gegeben Standortzielen
• Sicherstellung, dass Kundenerwartungen und -vorgaben eingehalten werden basierend auf Ergebnissen aus z.B. Kundenreklamationen, Auditfindings, Field Actions oder Recalls.
• Sicherstellung der Produktkonformität durch Einleitung und Umsetzung von Qualitätsinitiativen
• Überprüfung/Verbesserung der Anwendung von risikobasierten Ansätzen innerhalb des QMS
• Stellvertretung des Site Quality Leaders

  The salary range for this role is € 85,000- This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
  This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.

• Assure continuous improvement of local QMS given actual key performance indicators and site strategy
• Ensure compliance to customer expectations and requirements by tracking and trending of e.g. customer complaints, audit findings, field actions or recalls
• Drive product compliance by quality initiatives
• Challenge the usage of risk-based approaches within the QMS
• Act as deputy head of the Quality Assurance site leader
