Are you an experienced Maintenance Superintendent ready to join our fantastic team of professionals? MMS Group is on the hunt for someone like YOU!  We are looking for a Compliance Manager for our corporate office.  Duties and Responsibilities:  * Process applications and determine eligibility for the affordable program offered at assigned properties. * Verify income, assets, medical or unusual expenses, and assisted dwelling information.  * Ensuring that all assigned properties operate in full compliance with applicable federal, state, and local affordable housing program requirements. * Assist the Regional Property Manager with compliance, such as preparing policies and procedures, and clean-up of sites.  * Run EIV reports monthly * Monitor repayment agreements and ensure proper documentation is maintained. * Maintain a complete and current EIV file (EIV book) containing all required documentation. * Review all resident files prior to annual auditor submissions. * Participate in and support all ownership, investor, governmental agency, and third-party reviews. * Collaborate with Property Managers to ensure sites are fully prepared for reviews and inspections. Qualifications for the position: * Three years experience with Low-income, senior or housing related programs * Knowledge of rental assistance and affordable housing programs * Ability to travel * Any satisfactory combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities (College degree is a plus but is not required, High School Diploma is required, Certified COS.
