Description Position: Compliance Manager Type: Full-Time, Exempt Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 Yearly Benefits: Health Insurance (Medical, Vision, Dental) PTO (Vacation, Sick) Equity Shares (ESOP) Key Responsibilities: Maintain licenses, credentials, contracts, and accreditations in good standing — the department's #1 priority — by managing state (DHCS/DSS) audits and Plans of Correction (POCs), renewals (DHCS, DSS, CLIA, etc.), TJC accreditation and Environment of Care surveys, payer quality-of-care, county audits, and Corrective Actions. Execute ongoing compliance activities and internal audit systems to ensure sustained adherence to governing bodies and industry standards, including 24-72 hour, census, discharge, and medication audits; Visible Hand safety checks reporting; CQI committee meetings; and regular policy & procedure revisions.
