The RoleAs our Compliance Manager, you'll play an important role in strengthening and supporting compliance risk management across AP+.
Sitting within the Group Risk team, you'll help develop, implement and maintain our compliance frameworks, policies and programs, while providing practical advice and guidance to stakeholders across the organisation.
This is a hands-on compliance role where you'll work across monitoring and reporting, regulatory change, obligations assessment, issue and remediation management and continuous improvement. You'll use data and insights to identify emerging trends and risks and help ensure AP+ continues to maintain effective and consistent compliance practices.
This role is responsible for:Managing the day-to-day delivery of compliance activities, including compliance risk assessments, monitoring, reporting and improvement actions.
Supporting obligations assessment activities and the ongoing development and implementation of compliance policies, standards and procedures.
Providing specialist, practical compliance advice and guidance to stakeholders across AP+.
Coordinating regulatory change activities, including impact assessments, action tracking, implementation support and reporting.
