charter certificate and a FAA Part 145 maintenance repair station, focusing on high quality
service to customers in the areas of aircraft sales, management, charter, maintenance, parts, and
consulting.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Law, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 5+ years of compliance, safety, or quality management experience in aviation, preferably private/charter operations.
  • Strong knowledge of FAA Part 135 / EASA Air Ops or equivalent regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience with Safety Management Systems (SMS) and audit processes.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, legal, and executive teams.

Responsibilities

ROLE OBJECTIVE:

The Fly Alliance Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring that all charter operations are
conducted in accordance with applicable aviation regulations, safety standards, and company
policies. This role will oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of compliance
programs to safeguard operational integrity and support the company’s commitment to
excellence in private aviation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to FAA/EASA regulations, local aviation laws, and international standards (e.g., ICAO).

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and communicate impacts to leadership and operations teams.

Policy & Procedure Management:

  • Develop, review, and update company compliance manuals, operational procedures, and quality assurance frameworks.
  • Support alignment of charter services with safety management systems (SMS) and internal quality audits.

Audit & Risk Oversight:

  • Conduct regular internal audits of charter operations, training, documentation, and
  • recordkeeping.
  • Prepare for and manage external regulatory audits and inspections.
  • Identify compliance risks, propose corrective actions, and monitor implementation.

Training & Awareness:

  • Provide compliance training to flight crews, ground staff, and charter sales teams.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and regulatory awareness across the organization.

Recordkeeping & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate compliance and safety records.
  • Prepare compliance reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
  • Act as primary liaison with aviation authorities and external partners regarding compliance matters.
