Compliance Manager (gn)

Compliance Manager (gn) As a specialized personnel service in the field of finance, we fill demanding specialist and management positions in the greater Munich area.

For our client, an internationally operating company in the pharmaceutical industry, we are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager (m/f/d) with a focus on audits and process management for direct placement.

These are your tasks:

• Further development and implementation of the compliance management system
• Planning, execution and support of internal and external audits
• Preparation and support for official inspections
• Identification, analysis and assessment of compliance risks
• Optimization and documentation of internal processes from a regulatory perspective
• Ensuring compliance with national and international regulations (e.g. GxP, AMG, EU-GMP)
• Training and raising awareness among employees regarding compliance issues
• Close collaboration with quality management, legal department and management
• Monitoring of regulatory developments and derivation of appropriate measures

This is your profile:

• Successfully completed studies (e.g., business law, business administration, or similar)
• Several years of professional experience in the compliance or quality environment of a pharmaceutical or life science company
• Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g. GxP, GDP, GMP)
• Experience in conducting and supporting audits and inspections
• Strong process understanding and analytical skills
• Structured, solution-oriented approach
• Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor when dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluent German and very good English skills
